Provide your flight number, departure date, hotel name, and room count (for luggage planning) at booking. We calculate your ideal pickup time based on hotel-to-airport journey time, adding 3 hours before departure for international check-in.

On the day: your driver sends a WhatsApp message 30 minutes before the scheduled pickup confirming they are on their way. They wait at the hotel main entrance. If you are not at the lobby at the scheduled time, the driver rings the hotel intercom and calls your phone.

Free waiting at the hotel: 15 minutes from scheduled pickup time. If you are delayed by check-out paperwork, inform the driver via WhatsApp — they can wait an additional 10–15 minutes. Extended waiting beyond 30 minutes is charged at an hourly rate.

Airport drop-off: Terminal 2 Departures, ground floor, directly in front of the international check-in hall. If the drop-off lane is congested, the driver uses the Terminal 2 Arrivals entrance (ground floor) — a 2-minute walk to departures check-in.

Night pickup (22:00–06:00): +30% on all vehicles. Prices are identical to arrival transfer prices — bidirectional.

Return flights from Turkish resort airports frequently depart at 05:00–07:00 (package holiday charters set off early). This means hotel pickups at 01:00–04:00.

Night surcharge: +30% for all pickups starting between 22:00 and 06:00. Calculation example: Belek sedan daytime €80 × 1.30 = €104. A 04:00 pickup from Belek costs €104 vs €80 daytime. The surcharge compensates for reduced driver availability and the additional logistics of operating overnight.

Example night return prices:

For night departures: arrange express checkout at hotel reception the evening before (available at all major resorts). Have bags packed and left at the door to minimise noise and time at 03:00. Set two alarm clocks.

The road conditions at night are generally better than daytime. There is no holiday check-out traffic, so journey times from Belek and Side are typically 10–15 minutes shorter at 03:00 than at 10:00 in peak summer.

Antalya Airport Terminal 2 Departures opens 24 hours. Check-in counters open 3 hours before flight time. Coffee and vending machines are available at night. The security queues at 04:00–05:00 are minimal compared to the 08:00–10:00 rush.

Belek resort hotels (gated): Your driver enters the Belek Tourism Zone security barrier (gate 24 hours), then drives to your specific hotel entrance. At gated hotels (Cornelia Diamond, Regnum Carya), the driver presents at the outer gate. You meet at the main lobby. The driver handles the gate procedure independently — you do not need to meet them at the outer barrier.

Lara beachfront hotels: No gate. Driver enters the hotel driveway directly to the lobby.

Kemer hotels (coastal road): Driver accesses via the coastal D400. Most Kemer hotel entrances are open — no gate procedure.

Alanya hotels: Hotels in Okurcalar (Delphin Botanik) have open entrances. Central Alanya hotels accessed via the city — driver navigates to hotel address.

Kaş: Driver collects from hotel or apartment entrance in town. Allow extra time if your accommodation is in the old town (narrow streets).

If your departure flight changes: contact us via WhatsApp as soon as the change is confirmed. We rebook the pickup time at no extra charge if the new pickup time falls in the same rate period (day or night). If the change moves you into the night surcharge window, the rate adjusts accordingly.

A common scenario: a charter flight originally scheduled at 06:00 shifts to 10:00 due to the incoming aircraft being delayed. The original pickup time from Belek was 02:45. The new pickup time becomes 06:45. Send us a WhatsApp message as soon as the airline notifies you — at any hour, 24 hours a day. We update the booking within 30 minutes and confirm the revised pickup time. Because the new pickup at 06:45 is in the daytime rate window, the price reverts from the night rate to the standard daytime price.

If the change shifts a daytime pickup into the 22:00–06:00 night surcharge window (the reverse situation), the difference is charged separately. We notify you of the price adjustment before confirming.

Flight cancellations: if your outbound flight is cancelled and you need to rebook at a later date, your return transfer can be rescheduled. Cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup: no charge. Within 24 hours: 50% cancellation fee applies.

If your flight is delayed on the departure day and you are already at the hotel, contact the driver directly via the WhatsApp number in your booking confirmation. For schedule changes longer than 2 hours, call us on the booking line as well so the driver can be reassigned to another run in the interim.

We accept same-day bookings up to 2 hours before required pickup, subject to driver availability. In July–August peak, availability on departure days (typically Sunday) is limited from early morning.

For groups or families: book at least 48 hours in advance during peak season. A minibus booking on Sunday morning in August with 2 hours' notice is unlikely to succeed.

Best practice: book your return transfer at the same time as your arrival booking before travel. This locks both directions at the same price with confirmed availability.

The hotel concierge transfer uses the same private transfer companies but adds a 30–50% commission. You pay for the convenience of not booking in advance.

Licensed metered taxis at the airport rank are a safe fallback for arrivals, but from a hotel in Belek or Side, most visitors use either pre-booked private transfers or the hotel concierge. Unlicensed touts approaching you in the hotel lobby should be avoided — agree a fixed price in writing or use a pre-booked service.

Return transfers drop passengers at Terminal 2 Departures, ground floor, directly in front of the international check-in hall. The drop-off is covered, with immediate access to the check-in counters. For domestic flights (Turkish Airlines Terminal 1), the driver will drop at Terminal 1 — confirm your terminal at booking.

Antalya Airport Terminal 2 Departures is open 24 hours. Check-in counters open 3 hours before your flight. Departures with early flights (before 07:00) will find reduced food outlets — vending machines and one 24-hour kiosk are available.

After drop-off, the driver typically waits 5 minutes to confirm you have entered the terminal. For passengers with mobility requirements, the driver will assist to the check-in desk entrance on request.

Child seats for return transfers: Free child seats on request — infant (0–13 kg), toddler (9–18 kg), booster (15–36 kg). Specify the child's age and weight at booking. This is important for early morning departures where children are still asleep — the driver will have the seat fitted before pickup.

The return transfer often involves more luggage than the arrival — holiday shopping, gifts, and any items purchased at resort shops add up. Plan vehicle type for the return based on actual luggage, not just the number of passengers.

For golf groups: Golf bags must be collected from the hotel bag room before the pickup time. Confirm with the pro shop the evening before that bags will be at the lobby by your pickup time. Most resorts accommodate early-morning bag delivery to the lobby for groups with pre-dawn pickups.

Oversized purchases: If you have bought a Turkish carpet, large kilims, or ceramics, note the dimensions at booking. Most items up to 1.5 m fit in a sedan or minivan alongside standard luggage — but very large items may require the minibus.

Souvenirs and pharmacy items: Post-surgical patients returning home often carry additional pharmacy items. These fit in standard luggage without issue — no special declaration needed for the transfer.

Worst-case departure-day journey times (add 30 min in July–August):

Most drivers serving the hotel-to-airport route have functional English — enough to confirm hotel name, passenger count, and destination. Communication for the return is simpler than arrival because the route is fixed: hotel to Terminal 2.

If you are staying at a gated resort in Belek or a hotel with a staffed reception, the driver will communicate with hotel staff in Turkish on arrival at the gate. You do not need to be present for this exchange. Simply be at the main lobby at the agreed pickup time.

If you need to communicate something specific — for example, that you have oversized luggage in the bag room, or that a family member is still checking out — use WhatsApp. Type your message in English; the driver will respond or use Google Translate if needed. The WhatsApp number for your booking is in your confirmation email.

For guests staying at smaller hotels or self-catering apartments where no English-speaking receptionist is available, note the hotel address in Turkish when confirming your booking. This avoids any ambiguity at 03:00 when the driver is locating your accommodation in a dark side street.

Useful phrase for the hotel gate security in Turkish: "Taksi transfer için bekliyorum" (I am waiting for a transfer). This reassures gate security that you are a legitimate departing guest, not a visitor. The driver will handle the rest.

Payment is made at the end of the journey — at the Terminal 2 Departures drop-off — not at pickup. The driver will not ask for payment at the hotel.

Accepted currencies: EUR, USD, GBP, or TRY cash. Card payments by Visa or Mastercard via a handheld card reader are also accepted. The driver provides a receipt on request.

Most passengers pay in EUR. If you only have large-denomination notes (€100 or €200), tell the driver in advance via WhatsApp on the morning of departure — they will carry sufficient change. If the driver cannot make change and you have no smaller notes, a card payment is always the fallback. USD and GBP are exchanged at the approximate daily mid-market rate.

Turkish lira (TRY) payments are accepted at the current EUR/TRY rate. If paying in TRY, ask the driver the amount at the start of the journey so you have the correct notes ready at drop-off.
