Antalya Airport has two terminals side by side, connected by a 5-minute covered walkway and a free shuttle bus that runs every 10–15 minutes:

### Terminal 1 — Domestic and some charters

Terminal 1 handles Turkish domestic routes (Turkish Airlines, Pegasus, SunExpress from Istanbul Sabiha, Ankara, Izmir) and some smaller charter operators, particularly outside peak season. If you flew in on a domestic connection or a small charter, you may arrive here.

### Step 1 — While still in the air

The system begins tracking your flight 3 hours before scheduled arrival. If your flight is showing a delay on airline systems, your driver is automatically notified and adjusts their departure from home/base accordingly. You do not need to call anyone.

### Step 2 — Landing and taxiing

Once the aircraft taxis to the gate, your driver knows you have landed. The 60-minute free waiting clock starts at this moment — not at your scheduled arrival time.

### Step 3 — Baggage reclaim (T2: allow 15–30 minutes)
