Exit Terminal 2, D400 east for 43 km. The road is a dual carriageway for the full distance. Exit at the Belek junction; the Belek Tourism Zone security barrier is 3 km from the exit. Your driver handles the zone gate. Regnum Carya is signposted within the zone.

The Carya Golf Club is within the Regnum Carya resort grounds, adjacent to the hotel. After check-in, the golf reception (open from 07:00) handles bag storage, course registration, and tee time confirmation.

If you arrive at night and have an early tee time the following morning, confirm with the hotel in advance that golf bags will be delivered to the bag room before your tee time. Most resorts accommodate this — the night porter handles the bag transfer.

Carya Golf Club contact through the hotel concierge. Day visitors to Carya Golf Club who are not hotel guests can book tee times independently, but transfer arrangements are the same as for hotel guests.

For groups of 4 players with four sets of clubs, a minivan is the minimum. Declare bag count and case type (hard/soft) at booking.

Night surcharge +30% applies to all pickups starting between 22:00 and 06:00. Regnum Carya's main gate operates 24 hours — security staff are always present.

Many golf package flights arrive after 22:00 — this is a standard arrival slot for German and British golf tour charters from Frankfurt, Manchester, and Birmingham. The D400 is noticeably quieter at night, and the drive is typically 45 minutes without daytime traffic. The Belek Tourism Zone gate is staffed overnight and the guard has the hotel's guest list.

Flight tracking is active regardless of arrival time. The driver monitors your flight in real time and adjusts pickup timing accordingly — there is no penalty if your flight is delayed. Book the night transfer in advance: the driver pool is smaller between 00:00 and 05:00, and last-minute requests cannot always be fulfilled.

For very early morning departures (pre-05:00): the hotel can arrange express checkout the evening before. Allow the standard journey time plus 3 hours before international flight departure. A 04:00 pickup for a 07:30 flight is a common Belek pattern — confirm this at booking rather than leaving it to the morning.

Free child seats are available at no charge: infant seat (0–13 kg), toddler seat (9–18 kg), and booster seat (15–36 kg).
