Every private transfer price from Antalya Airport is a fixed flat rate calculated from four inputs: distance in kilometres, road type, number of passengers, and time of day.

Distance and road type are the two biggest drivers. Short routes like Lara (15 km on the D400 dual carriageway) cost less because the driver is back at the airport in under 40 minutes. Long routes like Kaş or Alanya involve 150–300 km round trips, so prices scale accordingly. The D400 coastal highway eastbound — used for Belek, Side, and Alanya — is a 4-lane dual carriageway for most of its length: fast, predictable, and toll-free on those stretches. The Kemer route adds the O-21 motorway through the Taurus foothills, which uses the HGS electronic toll system — the toll cost is included in every price, so you never see a separate road charge.

The Kaş route deserves a specific note: after Kemer town the road becomes a narrow coastal mountain section where the speed limit drops to 50–60 km/h. This adds roughly 25–30 minutes compared to a straight-line estimate, and is why the Kaş journey time is much longer than its kilometre count suggests.

Fixed pricing exists because metered taxis in tourist areas are a documented source of overcharging. A fixed price agreed before the journey removes all incentive for detours, meter manipulation, or end-of-journey disputes. The price you see at booking is the price you pay — regardless of traffic, time of day changes (except the declared night window), or luggage weight.

HGS road tolls are fully included. Turkish motorways use the HGS electronic toll system, deducted automatically from the driver's tag. You will never be asked to pay a toll separately.

Driver wait policy: 60 minutes of free waiting is included from your scheduled flight arrival time. If your flight is 4 hours late, flight tracking updates the driver automatically — there is no extra charge for delays.

Sedan vehicles (Toyota Camry, Skoda Octavia, or similar). Up to 3 passengers and 3 standard suitcases. Night price (+30%) shown for reference.

Prices scale with distance but not linearly — the Kaş mountain section, HGS tolls, and return distance all affect the longer-route prices. Short routes like Lara and Konyaaltı are among the most competitive in the Antalya area because of the quick turnaround.

For routes served by multiple sub-zone hotels (Kemer, Alanya), the price is the same across the main resort strip. Outlying villages or private villas more than 5 km beyond the resort centre may incur a small supplement — always shown at booking before you confirm.

Minivan vehicles (Ford Galaxy, VW Transporter, or similar). Up to 6 passengers and 6 standard suitcases. Minivans are the right choice when your group fills 4+ seats or when you have more luggage than a sedan can hold.

VIP Sedan (Mercedes E-Class, BMW 5 Series, or similar) — up to 3 passengers, leather interior, extra legroom:

Minibus (Mercedes Sprinter or Ford Transit) — up to 12 passengers:

Minibus vehicles seat up to 12 passengers. For groups over 12, two vehicles are booked. Contact support for large group pricing — a discount applies for bookings of 3 or more vehicles.

A 30% surcharge applies to all transfers where the vehicle departs between 22:00 and 06:00 Turkey time. The departure time is when the vehicle leaves the airport, not your flight's scheduled arrival time.

Worked example: The Belek sedan day price is €80. Multiply by 1.30 and the night price is €104. For Side: €100 × 1.30 = €130. For Alanya: €160 × 1.30 = €208.

The night surcharge is shown at booking before you confirm — it is never added as a surprise at the destination. Drivers appreciate a tip for late-night service (€3–5 is normal), but it is entirely optional.

Night transfers run exactly like daytime transfers in terms of driver meeting point, flight tracking, and waiting policy. The driver pool is smaller between 00:00 and 05:00, so booking at least 24 hours in advance is strongly recommended for that window.

Choosing the right vehicle for your group size saves money and avoids baggage problems at the airport.

1–3 passengers: Sedan is the right choice. It is the lowest price point and seats 3 adults comfortably with a suitcase each.

4–5 passengers: A minivan costs more than a sedan but is the correct vehicle — 4 adults in a sedan is legal but cramped, and luggage will not fit. The minivan price is lower per person when split across 4–5 travellers.

6 passengers: Minivan seats exactly 6 with 6 bags. This is the sweet spot for family groups.

Worked example — 5 passengers to Belek: Sedan €80 (3 pax maximum, so you need two sedans = €80 × 2). Minivan €105 (all 5 in one vehicle). The minivan saves you money and means one vehicle, one driver, and no coordination at the airport.

7–12 passengers: Book a minibus. Two sedans or a sedan + minivan are alternatives but mean split groups.

Over 12 passengers: Two minibuses or a minibus + minivan. Contact support — group discounts apply.

Return transfers from your hotel to Antalya Airport use the same fixed prices as the outbound journey. Distance and vehicle type are the same, so the price is identical.

The 30% night surcharge applies to the departure time from your hotel — not the arrival time at the airport, and not the time of your outbound flight. If your hotel pick-up is at 03:00 for a 06:00 flight, that is a night transfer.

You can book your return transfer at the same time as your arrival transfer. This is recommended: you lock in the price, the driver is assigned 24 hours before, and you receive a WhatsApp confirmation. For check-out day, the driver tracks your departure time and can adjust pick-up by up to 30 minutes if needed.

There is no surcharge for booking in advance. Return transfers can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before pick-up.

There are no fuel surcharges, luggage fees (within standard limits: 1 suitcase + 1 carry-on per passenger), or booking fees.

Oversized luggage — golf clubs, bicycles, surfboards, large strollers — must be declared at booking. There is no extra charge for standard golf bags or collapsible strollers. Wheelchair-accessible vehicles are available on request.

Antalya Airport licensed metered taxis are regulated by the city. Unlicensed touts who approach arrivals passengers are not — and their fares are unregulated. Here is a realistic comparison for three popular routes:

The private transfer is slightly above the legitimate metered taxi rate for solo travellers who are comfortable negotiating in Turkish. For families, groups, and anyone arriving after dark, a fixed-price pre-booked transfer wins on certainty, luggage space, and eliminated overcharging risk.

Child seats are available free of charge on request. Specify at booking: infant seat (0–13 kg), toddler forward-facing (9–18 kg), or booster (15–36 kg). There is no extra charge. Seats must be requested in advance — they cannot be guaranteed for walk-up bookings.

Other special requirements handled at no extra charge: wheelchair-accessible vehicle, golf bag transport (standard bag, notify at booking), extra-large luggage, Russian-speaking driver, German-speaking driver, late-night arrival support.

All routes are suitable for children. Transfers to Belek (45 min), Side (65 min), and Alanya (90 min) are long enough that children may need a comfort stop — drivers will stop at any petrol station en route on request.

Terminal 2 (used by the majority of international charter and package-holiday flights from the UK, Germany, Russia, Netherlands, and Poland): your driver waits at ground floor Arrivals, immediately after you exit the customs and baggage area, in the first meeting zone on the left-hand side before the taxi rank. The driver holds a printed A4 sign with your surname. The waiting zone is visible from 20 metres as you exit through the automatic sliding doors.

Terminal 1 (domestic Turkish Airlines / Pegasus flights): driver waits immediately past the exit gate on the ground floor.

Check your boarding pass — it will say "ANTALYA T1" or "ANTALYA T2". Most tourists use T2. If you are unsure, WhatsApp the number in your booking confirmation — response is typically prompt.

If you cannot see your driver: send a WhatsApp message to the number in your booking confirmation. Drivers respond promptly. Do not leave the arrivals hall — the driver is almost always waiting inside, not in the car park.
