After your flight lands, follow these steps to reach your driver without confusion:

Step 1 — Passport control. Follow signs to "Passport Control / Pasaport Kontrolü." In July–August expect 30–60 minutes. EU biometric passport holders can use e-Gates at Terminal 2 for faster processing.

Step 2 — Baggage claim. Check the screens for your flight number and carousel. Baggage delivery is usually 20–30 minutes after landing. Peak summer can push this to 45 minutes.

Passport control. Night arrivals (midnight–06:00) typically clear passport control in 5–10 minutes — the queues are a fraction of daytime size.

Driver identification. Night arrivals can feel more disorienting. The driver is still in the same meeting area on the ground floor — the location does not change. If the arrivals hall is very quiet, the driver may be the only one holding a sign, making them easy to spot.
