Terms of Service

1. Who these terms apply to

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between AntalyaTransfers.co ("Platform", "we", "us") and any individual ("you", "Passenger") who uses this website or the booking service. By completing a booking, you confirm you have read and agreed to these Terms.

2. Platform role — we are a broker, not a carrier

Our service consists solely of:

• Providing the booking interface and technology
• Matching your booking request with an available driver
• Communicating driver and passenger contact details to each party
• Processing payment on behalf of the driver
• Providing customer support for booking issues

Our service ends when you and your driver have been matched and connected. The transfer itself — including the driving, the vehicle, punctuality, and all events that occur during the journey — is entirely the responsibility of the independent driver, not AntalyaTransfers.co.

3. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AntalyaTransfers.co is not liable for:

• Accidents, injuries, or fatalities occurring during the transfer
• Vehicle breakdowns or mechanical failures
• Delays due to traffic, road conditions, or driver error
• Loss or damage to luggage or personal belongings during the transfer
• Misconduct, negligence, or criminal acts of the driver
• Consequential losses such as missed flights, hotels, or appointments
• Acts of God, extreme weather, natural disasters
• Strikes, civil unrest, or airport closures

Our maximum liability to you under any circumstances is limited to the amount you paid for the booking in question.

Drivers carry their own third-party liability insurance as required by Turkish law. In the event of an incident during the transfer, your claim is against the driver and/or their insurer.

4. Bookings and confirmation

A booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to cancel a booking (with full refund) if no driver is available for your requested route and time.

You are responsible for providing accurate pickup and drop-off information, flight numbers, and contact details. Errors that cause the driver to be unable to locate you are not the responsibility of AntalyaTransfers.co.

5. Payments and refunds

5.1 Payment processing

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. You are subject to Stripe's Terms of Service. By completing payment you authorise us to charge the displayed amount.

5.2 Cancellations and refunds

• Cancellation more than 24 hours before the transfer: full refund minus payment processing fees
• Cancellation 6–24 hours before the transfer: 50% refund
• Cancellation less than 6 hours before the transfer or no-show: no refund
• Driver no-show (driver fails to arrive): full refund

5.3 Dispute resolution

Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the scheduled transfer time by contacting us at [email protected] or via WhatsApp at +90 531 597 2234. We will investigate and respond within 3 business days.

6. Passenger obligations

• Be ready at the agreed pickup location at the agreed time
• Behave respectfully towards drivers and not cause damage to vehicles
• Ensure that all passengers in the group are present at pickup time
• Declare the correct number of passengers and luggage during booking — we cannot guarantee that a vehicle will accommodate undeclared luggage
• Not transport prohibited items (weapons, controlled substances, etc.)
• Ensure that children travel with appropriate child restraints — the driver can provide child seats on request (declare at booking)

The driver has the right to refuse service or stop a transfer if passenger behaviour poses a safety risk. No refund is due in such cases.

7. Force majeure

Neither AntalyaTransfers.co nor the driver is liable for failure to perform where caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to: severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, civil unrest, government actions, pandemics, airport closures, or road blockages. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to refund or reschedule your booking.

8. Driver obligations

Drivers listed on this platform have agreed separately to maintain valid commercial vehicle licences, insurance, and roadworthiness. AntalyaTransfers.co conducts periodic checks but does not continuously monitor or supervise drivers and cannot guarantee their compliance at all times.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website — design, code, copy, and branding — is owned by or licensed to AntalyaTransfers.co. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content without prior written permission.

10. AI booking assistant

This platform uses an AI assistant (powered by Anthropic's Claude) to help you plan and book transfers. Responses from the AI are for guidance only and do not constitute a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The current version is always available at this URL. Your continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We recommend checking this page periodically.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

EU consumers retain the right to seek resolution through the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
