How the Platform Works
The booking-to-payout flow works in four steps:
1. Passenger books online. A tourist searches for their route (e.g. Antalya Airport to Belek), selects a vehicle class, and pays the fixed price upfront. Payment is processed before their flight.
2. Order sent to driver. When the booking is confirmed, the system identifies the best available driver for that route and sends an order notification via WhatsApp or the AntalyaTransfers driver app. The notification contains: passenger name, flight number, real-time flight status, hotel address, and the total fare.
3. Driver completes transfer. The driver meets the passenger in Arrivals with a name sign, transfers them to the hotel, and collects the fare (cash or card).
4. Driver receives payout. Earnings are transferred to the driver's bank account weekly, minus the 15% platform commission.
