Capacity: 1–3 passengers. This is a sedan, not a van. For 4–6 passengers wanting a premium experience, a VIP minivan (Mercedes V-Class) is available on request.

Interior: Full leather seats that recline. Climate control set to passenger preference. Privacy glass standard on most models.

Driver: Dark uniform, printed reservation board with name and booking reference. Does not initiate conversation. English speaking; Russian-speaking driver available on request.

VIP does not reduce journey time — the same D400 highway applies to all vehicles. These times are for planning purposes:

Belek and Lara are affected by westbound D400 morning checkout traffic (09:00–11:00 Saturdays in summer). Side and Alanya travel east on the D400 — opposite direction from city traffic — so peak summer adds only 15–20 minutes. The Kaş route leaves the D400 after Kemer and follows the mountain coastal road: winding 50–60 km/h sections add 30–40 minutes to what the map distance implies.

What if my vehicle is delayed or substituted? If a VIP vehicle is delayed by more than 15 minutes beyond your waiting window, you will receive a WhatsApp notification with a revised ETA or a fleet backup vehicle from the same VIP class. If a same-class VIP substitute is not immediately available, an upgrade is provided at no charge. Vehicle substitutions within VIP class (e.g. BMW 5-Series instead of Mercedes E-Class) are not considered delays — all meet the same specification.

The HAVAS bus from Terminal 2 runs to Antalya city centre (30 min, €3–5) but does not serve Belek, Side, Alanya, or Kemer directly. Passengers must then connect by dolmuş (shared minibus) or a second taxi — total Belek journey time by bus is 2.5–3.5 hours.

Standard allowance: The VIP sedan (E-Class, 5-Series, A6) carries 1–3 passengers with 3 standard suitcases or equivalent in the boot. The boot volume on an E-Class is 540 litres — adequate for three 28-inch cases.
